A temple has been found in Dargeçit, Mardin, Turkey in a field called Boncuklu. Three of the 4 Obelisks of the temple have been discovered and it resembles the Obelisk in Göbeklitepe.
Mardin had been a house for Sumerians, Accadians, Babylonians, Hittites, Romans, Ottomans and more civilizations throughout history. In Mardin, a temple with 4 stelas from the neolithic period has been discovered. However, only 3 of the 4 stelas were preserved until today.

Assistant Professor of Mardin Artuklu University, Department of Archeology, Ergül Kodaş said that "according to the analyzes, the temple has 4 stelas. We think that it has a history of 11,300 years. Excavations continue but we discovered the stelas. One of the stelas is broken but the other 3 are still in perfect shape."
Kodaş added that they couldn't reach the floor of the temple yet but they aim to do it in a month. He also said that they haven't seen any figurative on the 4 stelas and the temple which is from the neolithic period similar to Göbeklitepe.

Göbeklitepe is an archeological site in the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey and it includes the first temple of human history. It was constructed before the settled life and when people were living as hunters. It's older than the oldest temple and structure in the world. There are many cave paintings in the walls of the cave. The paintings are mostly of animals such as scorpion, fox, bull, snake, wild boar, lion, and mallard.
